1. Standard Return Window

We offer a 7-Day Return & Replacement Guarantee for items that arrive defective, damaged during transport, or physically mismatch the specific model option purchased on our storefront.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

  • The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.
  • The product must remain enclosed in its original retail packaging box with all brand seals intact.
  • All bundled combs, power cables, protective guards, charging stands, instruction manuals, and complimentary accessories must be returned inside the box.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to health, safety, and sanitization laws, any item that has been loaded with battery power, used directly on hair/skin, or has an unsealed internal liquid canister cannot be accepted back under standard return procedures.

3. How to Initiate a Return Case

If your purchase qualifies under Section 2, please follow these quick setup steps:

  2. Provide your direct order number along with clear pictures or a short unboxing video highlighting the manufacturing defect or the shipping damage.
  3. Once approved by our backend audit team, a complimentary reverse pickup courier will be arranged to collect the product directly from your address.

4. Refunds Execution Timeline

Once your returned item arrives back at our central fulfillment warehouse, it undergoes a meticulous physical inspection. We will notify you via text or email regarding the approval or rejection of your return claim.

Approved refunds are immediately credited back to your original mode of payment (Net Banking, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support staff will securely request your preferred UPI ID or Bank Account Details to run a manual processing transfer.
